Our integrated factory laboratory is equipped with cutting-edge technology that enables comprehensive and multidimensional analysis of inputs, finished ground products, and conducts necessary tests for developing technical solutions for plastic waste recycling. It adapts to the specific challenges of two types of stakeholders:
- Waste producers
- Recycled raw material consumers
- Main concerns of plastic waste producers:
- The nature of their waste (often unknown due to lack of available documentation)
- The degradation state of their plastic waste (which reduces recycling possibilities)
- Mixtures with other plastic materials or proximity to non-plastic contaminants (wood, paper, soiling due to improper storage)
- Recycling of so-called complex materials (co-extruded, with metal inserts or other plastics, composites, resulting from multi-material designs)
In response to these issues, our laboratory applies standardized material characterization methods, notably using infrared mass spectrometry technology, complemented by specific exploratory analyses depending on the targeted polymer and its condition.
Main concerns of recycled plastic raw material users:
- Is the proposed recycled raw material compatible with my clients’ quality and safety requirements?
- Will it behave in my production process the same way as petroleum-based raw material?
- Is it truly reliable and homogeneous?
- How can I implement it to achieve the best results?
Coordinated work between our laboratory and partner technical testing centers allows us to respond to and support our recycled raw material consumer clients. Furthermore, we only process documented inputs, and our internal procedures guarantee the maintenance of their specific characteristics (notably food contact, REACH, RoHS compliance).

Melt Flow Index Tester: Characterization of Flow Properties
Additionally, our Melt Flow Index (MFI) tester allows us to:
- Evaluate the viscosity and flow properties of molten plastics

- Optimize plastic forming parameters
